Details
Ultra Custom Rolled Estate Gates are built to easily span openings up to 28’ wide, and will accommodate most automatic gate openers.
Estate Gates have a maximum width of 14' per leaf (28' opening) and a maximum height of 8’. Custom width or heights are available. Standard hardware is included.
Estate Gates are made from Industrial grade components. For smaller Estate Gates, Residential and Commercial grade are available by request.
Gate leafs come fully assembled and welded.
Pickets: 1'' square x .062'' walls
Spacing between pickets: 4'' and optional 1-1/2”
Horizontal Rails: 1 5/8'' x 1 5/8'' with .100'' side walls and .070'' top walls
Posts: 4''x4'' aluminum or optional steel, depending on width. All posts include standard caps
Alloy: High strength Ultrum™ 6005-T5 alloy, min. strength 35,000 PSI
Gate frame: Welded construction with 2 1/2'' square uprights
Powercoat™ Finish: When applied, Powercoat™ finish is twice the thickness and hardness of a typical acrylic, baked enamel or “wet paint” finish, making it more durable, fade-resistant and scratch-resistant than other coatings.
U-Frame
For situations where additional lateral strength is required, the Ultra Welded U-Frame can be
specified. It beautifully integrates an additional structure that surrounds the sides and the
bottom of each leaf with a 2” x 2” or 2.5” x 2.5” welded frame. U-Frame
is suggested for leafs 6’ or greater.
Ultrahinge™
Our revolutionary design uses all aluminum extrusion, Mylar hinge blocks and J-bolts. Ultrahinge
is suggested for leafs 6’ or greater.
